Support via email is available. The effectiveness of our support is enhanced when you clearly state your question and/or describe the issue in detail. All support requests should include the following information:
Software version number, from the BalancingAct > About BalancingAct menu
Operating system version, from the Apple > About This Mac menu
A specific question or problem description
Include screenshots or other attachments to help describe the problem if appropriate. When a problem is reproducible, please include step-by-step instructions required to reproduce it. Your email address will not be sold to outside parties. See our policy statement.
